1. Introduction
Welcome to our website. These Terms and Conditions govern all travel services, tours, and experiences provided by the company.
By using our website or confirming a booking with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made via:
- our website
- authorized travel partners.
A booking is confirmed only after:
- written confirmation from the company
- receipt of the required deposit.
3. Payment Policy
To confirm a booking:
- 30–50% deposit is required at the time of reservation
- balance payment must be made 30 days before arrival
For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required immediately.
Accepted payment methods include:
- bank transfer
- credit card
- online payment gateway.
All bank charges must be borne by the client.
4. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.

No refunds will be issued for unused services once a tour has commenced.
5. Changes to Itinerary
The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:
- weather conditions
- safety concerns
- supplier availability
- unforeseen circumstances.
Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided whenever possible.
6. Liability
The company acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers including:
- hotels
- transport providers
- activity operators.
The company shall not be responsible for:
- injury or accidents
- loss of personal belongings
- flight delays
- supplier failures.
Participation in adventure activities is at the client’s own risk.
7. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- medical emergencies
- trip cancellations
- accidents
- baggage loss.
8. Passport & Visa Requirements
Clients must ensure they possess:
- a passport valid for at least 6 months
- appropriate visas to enter Sri Lanka.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
