No refunds will be issued for unused services once a tour has commenced.

Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided whenever possible.

8. Passport & Visa Requirements

Clients must ensure they possess:

• a passport valid for at least 6 months
• appropriate visas to enter Sri Lanka.
