We’ve poured our hearts into this grand adventure, perfectly balancing wild safaris and historic wonders with tranquil beach escapes. From the lions of Sigiriya to the turquoise shores of Passikudah, every day is a comprehensive celebration of the island’s most iconic and magical landscapes.
Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by your Paddy Trails representative and transferred to the southern coastal town of Koggala. Check in at your hotel and relax while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of Sri Lanka’s southern coast.
While staying in Koggala, explore the highlights of the southern coastline including the historic Galle Fort, a scenic Madu River boat safari through mangrove forests, a visit to a turtle hatchery, and witness the unique traditional method of stilt fishing practiced by local fishermen.
After breakfast, travel to the wildlife region of Yala National Park and check in at your hotel. In the evening, enjoy an exciting safari in Yala, famous for its high density of leopards, elephants, and diverse wildlife.
After breakfast proceed to the hill country village of Ella. Along the way stop to admire the scenic Ravana Falls, one of Sri Lanka’s most beautiful waterfalls. Check in at your hotel and relax for the evening.
While in Ella, visit the iconic Nine Arch Bridge and enjoy a short hike to Little Adam’s Peak for stunning panoramic views. Later, unwind at the popular Ravana Pool Club, surrounded by lush mountain scenery.
Enjoy a picturesque train journey from Ella to Nanu Oya, one of the most scenic railway routes in Sri Lanka. Continue to Nuwara Eliya, known as “Little England”, and explore the town including the local market and the historic post office before checking in at your hotel.
