1.2 Booking Confirmation

In order to reserve your tour, you must submit all booking inquiries through one of our approved channels:

1.3 Payment Policy

To secure your reservation, you must follow our standard payment terms:

  • 30–50% Deposit: You must pay a 30–50% deposit at the time of reservation.
  • Balance Payment: You must settle the remaining balance 30 days before arrival.

However, if you book within 30 days of travel, we require full payment immediately. For your convenience, we accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and secure online payment gateways. Additionally, clients must cover all applicable bank transaction fees.

1.4 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing via email. As a result, our team calculates cancellation fees based on the following schedule:

Consequently, we cannot provide refunds for unused travel services, accommodations, or activities once your tour has commenced.

Occasionally, Paddy Trails reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unexpected weather conditions, safety concerns, or supplier availability. Nevertheless, we will always provide alternative arrangements of equal quality and value whenever possible.

1.6 Liability & Intermediary Disclaimer

Importantly, Paddy Trails acts as an intermediary coordinator between you and third-party service providers, including boutique hotels, transport operators, and activity guides. Therefore, we do not assume liability for personal injuries, lost belongings, flight delays, or supplier disruptions. Furthermore, you participate in adventure activities entirely at your own risk.

1.7 Travel Insurance

For your complete peace of mind, we strongly advise you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before traveling. Specifically, your policy should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, personal accidents, and baggage loss.
